St. Robert CHS Student News
I am often met with blank stares whenever I bring up the fact that I enjoy watching ESports, followed by a very confused, “E-Whaa-?” It seems many are unaware of the quickly expanding scene of ESports and the potential entertainment value that it is able to provide, and so, a primer seems to be in order.
It’s no mystery that the school of St. Robert is located in the middle of nowhere – much akin to the Sahara Desert or the North Pole. As such, students rarely get to experience life outside of school walls during school hours, with the opportunity to eat elsewhere being few and far between. Sadly, these conditions are unlikely to be remedied in a timely fashion. However, for the students who are lucky enough to have a spare (or for those who just walk really fast), there exists a healthy number of alternatives to the cafeteria – only a twenty minute walk away.
