On September 1st, well-known comedian and actor, Kevin Hart was hospitalized after suffering major injuries in a car crash.

He was riding in a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda shortly after midnight on Mulholland Highway near Malibu, California when the driver lost control of the car and tumbled down an embankment, slamming into a tree. No one in the vehicle was wearing a seat-belt. The driver, Jared Black, suffered major injuries in the crash, and was not under the influence of alcohol at the time. Hart was released from the hospital and moved to a rehabilitation facility on September 12.

On October 29, he would post a two-minute video on Instagram, breaking silence on his emotional recovery from a serious back injury.
