Hello everyone! My name is Christina Xie and I am excited to be apart of the 2019-2020 Axiom. I am currently in grade 10 pre-IB and this is my first year being a part of the school newspaper.
During my free time, I like to read books. My all-time favourite book is 1984 by George Orwell. I’ve read the book cover to cover many times. It piqued my interest because the plot is extreme enough that it remains fiction but it resonates with real events in many ways.

Some other hobbies I enjoy are playing the violin and journaling. I have been playing the violin for almost 6 years now.
