Gloria Yang (10) | STAFF REPORTER
Hey everyone! I’m Gloria, a grade 10 pre-IB student at St. Robert, and I’m one of the writers for the school events team.
Some of my hobbies include crocheting, singing, reading, and hanging out with friends! I enjoy reading dystopian novels, my favourite being 1984 by George Orwell. I also enjoy reading and analyzing poetry, as it’s very open-ended. I recently picked up crochet as a hobby, and I can now crochet keychains and plushies!
I’m currently in our school’s STEAM council, DECA, debate team, physics club, drama production, and more! I’m interested in computer studies (computer science, computer engineering), and in science (mainly physics and chemistry). If you haven’t realized, I’m a STEM kid!
I’m excited to be a part of The Axiom this year, and I can’t wait to meet some of you!
