The Girls Are Fighting Back

The varsity girls basketball team started their season five weeks ago and have played up to 5 games so far. Their most recent home game on Monday, October 16,  was an unfortunate loss of of 20-26. The girls have faced vigorous opponents such as Thornhill Secondary School, and proved their strength and power with a victorious score of 48-44. They have also faced other tenacious teams like Richmond Green Secondary School, Markham District, and Thornlea Secondary School, all of which proved to be undefeatable. read more
