On November 23, students at St. Robert spent the night in a “City of Stars” for this year’s semi-formal dance at the Royalton. With amazing music, great performances, delicious food, and a spectacular location, this was surely a night to remember for all attendees!

The evening started when doors opened at 6:30 p.m. Students chatted with their friends with mocktails in hand, while waiters came around with plates of hors d’oeuvres.

When everyone was seated at their tables, there were several performances by the dance club and different musicians. After dinner, students spent the rest of the night breaking down on the dance floor and taking pictures with their friends at the photobooth.

Many students commented on the fun night. A grade 11 student, Cassandra Wan, remarked that it was one of the best nights of the year. Eddie Chow (11) said, “The night was dazzling and vibrant; the smiles on people’s faces and the conversations added to the brightness of the night.”
