STR Breaking the Silence: 30 Days of Self-Care for Mental Health Month

This May, St. Robert’s Breaking the Silence club is kicking off a 30-day self-care challenge in honour of Mental Health Month. Students are invited to take part in daily wellness activities, from enjoying a favourite homemade beverage to taking a 3-hour internet detox. 

Each small act of self-care brings you closer to fun rewards: stickers for completing 3 days, enamel pins for 7 days, and a raffle entry for a Jellycat plush upon finishing the Be There Certificate.

Take a photo of each completed challenge and show them on May 30th to claim your prizes, or post them on your Instagram story and tag @str.breakingthesilence to spread the positivity. Let’s break the silence together, one mindful moment at a time.
