Since their debut in 2015, the K-Pop group Twice has been soaring through the music scene and making international headlines.
The group keeps a grip on their fans with constant releases, consistently dropping music in Japanese and Korean at least three times a year.
On November 15th, 2021 TWICE announced their 4th World Tour titled “III” , the tour would begin on December 25th in Seoul. In the US alone, the group has sold over one hundred thousand tickets across five venues, making them the first all female group to do so and the second K-Pop group, behind BTS. During the concert the girls will perform over 25 of their songs featured over multiple albums.
Fans who attended the concerts have expressed that the experience was better than could be imagined. From the atmosphere to the stage presence, it was an event to remember. Jihyo’s vocals, Momo’s captivating dancing, Dahyun’s character, and overall performance from each member, made this experience incomparable to anything else fans are ever likely to experience.
Many have said that it was also the fanbase itself that contributed to the memorability of the evening. The fans sang along to each sing, and mimicked each dance routine. Clips posted on social media of the events also show how much the group cares for their fans. Many interactions take place at these concerts between the pop stars and their adorers.
Each picture posted to various social medias featuring the colourful confetti, fashionable matching outfits and bright smiles of the group members, can’t help but make the rest of us wish we were there. Talk about FOMO!
