With the world around us developing so quickly, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out where to start learning. The Quizzards of Oz is a club that helps its members stay up to date on interesting subjects, both within and beyond the school curriculum. Lessons are taught by the executive members of the club in an engaging and informative style.
As with most activities, the Quizzards of Oz has been impacted by the pandemic, and its ways of running have been slightly altered. Diya Bahl (11) commented that, “Before COVID-19, meetings would usually be run in a supervised club room, and the other executive members and I would use a chalkboard to explain many of the academic questions. Now, because of the pandemic, it is a little harder to explain concepts as we do not have many of the materials we used in the classroom. It is also more difficult to interact with students, but times are changing, and we are doing our best to adapt to it.”
