As the 2021 NFL Season ended weeks ago, let’s recap the season by looking at the best and worst things from the NFL.

The Cowboys had the top offense in the league, and look forward to continue their top offense in the next season. The Eagles had the best rushing offense in the league, while Washington and the Giants struggled with quarterback (QB) problems.

The NFC West was the best division in football, since all of their teams were in the playoff race. The Rams won the Super Bowl, the 49ers made it all the way to the NFC Championship, but Arizona and Seattle disappointed despite having a solid quarterback. Both of these teams will have to make decisions about their QBs the off-season.

Green Bay FLOPPED. They were the best team in the regular season, and they lost their first playoff game. Minnesota was mediocre again, and Chicago and Detroit fell out of relevancy.

Tampa played as expected, but lost in a nail biter to the Rams that led to the end Tom Brady’s career. New Orleans and Carolina both struggled with quarterback problems, and Atlanta stayed mediocre once again.

Buffalo had one of the most all-around teams in football again, but once again they fell short in Kansas City. New England surprised many by having a bounce back season, but they still have a lot to improve after their playoff flop in Buffalo. Miami’s inconsistent season left them out of the playoffs once again, and the Jets played like the same old Jets.

Kansas City played well, but not like past seasons and were kept out of the Super Bowl. Vegas and the Chargers were both good enough playoff teams, with only Vegas making it. Vegas’ story was very impressive, as they experienced several tumultuous events that still could not stop them from becoming a playoff team. They fired their head coach and several players were arrested. The Broncos had a good team too, but a terrible quarterback situation that kept them out of the postseason.

Cincinnati was the shock team of the year, maybe even the century. Many expected them to finish last in their division, yet they ignored all the hatred and pushed to a Super Bowl appearance. Meanwhile, the other team in Ohio was the most disappointing team of the year. The Browns were expected to contend this season, yet they didn’t make the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh made the playoffs despite having a disappointing quarterback play. The Ravens’ injury problems kept them out of the playoffs. Tennessee flopped in the playoffs as well. They lost their first round at home. Indianapolis disappointed this season with poor QB play. Jacksonville and Houston both rotted in the bottom of the league standings, but both had rookie QBs and head coaches.

In general, whether your team this season was mediocre, had poor QB play, or played elite, this was another fine performance from the NFL season.
