First Ever Team on Team NBA Lawsuit

This past August, the Toronto Raptors, a few team members, and a former employee of the Knicks were all targets of legal action taken by the New York Knicks, alleging deliberate disclosure of private information. Specifically named, was Ikechukwu Azotam being a Knicks’ assistant video coordinator from 2020 to 2023. The Knicks filed a lawsuit alleging that after the Raptors started recruiting him in the summer of 2023, he sent thousands of private documents to them, including video scouting files, prepared in-game plays, and a prep book for the upcoming season. read more

Nets’ Kyrie Irving Returns Following 8-Game Suspension

The Brooklyn Nets have looked like they are in shambles thus far in this NBA season. Following Kevin Durant’s trade request in the offseason and Ben Simmons’ mediocre return back from injury, Irving made headlines as he was suspended just 8 games into the NBA season. Irving, a very outspoken individual in the basketball community, has had a history of unavailability to play whether it be as a result of injury or controversial personal reasons. read more
