Hello everyone!
My name is Ryan Hu and I’m one of the writers doing editorials this year. I’m brand new to the Axiom and I’m really excited to be here!
In my free time, I mostly practice my Japanese. I’ve been studying it for nearly two years and for the past year, I’ve been doing nothing but reading books and watching videos in the language, mostly VTuber clips. For anyone looking to study the language, it’s a slow burn, but definitely worth it (especially for the VTubers).
I also enjoy listening to music and watching movies, although I probably spend more time on sites like Rate Your Music, IMDB, and Letterboxd than actually watching or listening. Currently, my favourite movie is La Haine and my favourite album is Charles Mingus’ Mingus Ah Um.
