Hello students of St. Robs! My name is Melika and I am glad to say that I am officially part of The Axiom staff as a reporter for school events.
I am currently a student in grade 12. Throughout my high school experience, I have not joined any clubs or teams, but this year, I’ve decided to open up to new opportunities. I have joined the Social Justice Council, The Axiom, and Politics club, where, hopefully, I will meet new people and expand my knowledge.
Some things I enjoy doing in my spare time are watching shows on Netflix, with some of my favourites being The Fosters, Grey’s Anatomy, and, of course, Friends. Also, I really like spending time with my friends. I love listening to music any time of the day. Some of my favourite artists being Rihanna, Beyonce, Travis Scott, and Lil Uzi Vert.
My favourite subjects in school are Law, English, and Politics since I want to become a lawyer in the future. I would like to attend Queen’s University once I graduate to study Criminology or English.
I’m very excited to be working with the amazing team of The Axiom and I can’t wait to show the readers my work. Till next time!
