Month One Done: The First Month of School

Elizabeth Liu (9) | STAFF REPORTER

It’s been over a month since school started for the 2023-2024 school year, and so much has already happened. Students have become accustomed to their new timetables, classmates have gotten to know each other, and clubs have begun.

Now that it’s been enough time since school started, most people have eased back into the school routine and are going about their academic lives as usual. Closer to when school first started, people were going about finding out where to go, and it was much more chaotic trying to get from class to class. Students were meeting up with friends, as well as creating bonds with their other classmates.

School extracurriculars are up and running again. Clubs have begun once again and they’ve welcomed their new and returning members. From DECA to mural to plant club, St Robert has a variety of clubs that can meet many interests. Many of the sports teams are competing in games and excelling at them.

We’ve readjusted to the regular school routine which consists of getting up early, making our way to school and preparing ourselves to acquire new knowledge almost every day. As we continue to move on with the school year, we should keep on having a positive attitude and strive to do our best.
