On March 8th and 9th, the YCDSB Mental Health team hosted a lunch, learn and share session. All students were welcomed to join the meet and listen. Five people, belonging to the mental health team lead the session.

They talked about how the pandemic has affected all students and how to overcome challenges to stay well.
The YCDSB mental health session helped students get a better understanding of the support that they have around them. A student that participated in the session said, “It is eye-opening to see that there is so much support out there.” In all, the mental health session was a fun way to teach students about mental health!
